As Inspection and Maintenance Manager, I am responsible for ensuring all properties under our care are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and functionality.
I oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of maintenance works across our portfolio.
My role includes managing contractor relationships, handling reactive and planned maintenance, and ensuring that all statutory inspections and safety checks are completed on time and properly recorded. I work closely with both internal teams and external partners to proactively address issues, reduce downtime, and protect the long-term value of the properties.
As Marketing Manager, I am responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drives property exposure across multiple channels. With an understanding of the rental market and tenant behaviour, I ensure our marketing efforts align with client expectations.
My role encompasses managing all aspects of property marketing—from listings to social media strategy. I work closely with the lettings and operations teams to deliver campaigns that attract quality tenants quickly and effectively while also positioning the agency as a trusted partner for landlords.
